A Year in the Rear View Mirror...
I have to say that 2018, overall, wasn't too bad. It wasn't nearly as bad as 2017 was for me. Maybe for you, these past 2 years have been the best of your life so far.
Who knows?
But for me, both 2017 and 2018 were years of upheaval and laying new groundwork at the same time, probably with a completely new future in store for me.
I'm happy to say that 2018 is now in my rear view mirror as I enter a New Year, and a NEW CHAPTER, in my life. I survived a painful breakup while dealing with the challenges of restructuring my business and investing for the next several decades to come. Both 2017 and 2018 were both pivotal years for me and reminded me much of cleaning out closets and reorganizing for a New Birth in some way.
How was 2018 for you?
I can almost guarantee that 2019 will be better...FOR ALL OF US! After all, as our economy takes a nosedive, many of us who are prepared know that this is the KEY TIME in which to snatch up opportunities while making more money than we can during the "hot" times in the market.
Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the upcoming recession, market changes, political changes, and the birth of a new future for all of us.
A New Year Ahead in the Windshield
A lot of my students are curious as to what's next with me. If you want to know, I'll tell you.
I'm focusing on a new type of real estate investing, namely those that Andrew Shaw does including specialty professional office buildings and virtual office spaces. (Don't worry, I'm not abandoning my apartment building "roots" or anything.)
I'm focusing A LOT of my present time on finishing the first draft of my book, now titled The Lost Secret. This is the book about the Lost Chapters of Think and Grow Rich. Yes, I have a REAL agent for this book. And yes, I have a publisher for the book. Yes, it WILL be released soon (set for November 2019 unless there is some hold-up, in which case it'll release early 2020). And yes, it WILL become a New York Times Bestseller! (Partly with your help, of course.)
I have a new joint venture deal with a man named Peter Barrington. There is an extraordinary opportunity that I will be talking more about as we get rolling into the first quarter of the New Year. This is pretty incredible and exciting stuff...and something that you probably would NOT expect from me at all. (More to come on this soon, starting at my L.A. In May, I'm doing a 4-day Inner Success Retreat (May 3rd-6th) in Monterey, California at the absolutely breathtaking Alisomar Resort. I'm planning another event for the fall...something different and pretty freaking spectacular, if I don't say so myself. This will be taking place, likely in September 2019. More to come on this TOP SECRET PROJECT a little later.
I am sensing that 2019 will get to kind of a slow start but by late spring/early summer, things will start heating up until I'm moving at a breakneck speed...again.
In the meantime, I'm actually getting rid of all of my current inventory during my VERY RARE Inventory Blow Out.
